For Work Teams

Dynamic Team Engineering

Team performance is a key to success in any organisation, and a major “player” in the success you will aspire to as a member of a team in your working environment.

Successful and effective personal performance within a team encompasses many aspects of an individual’s life, but some of the key underlying skills and beliefs that all successful people know and constantly address is their ability to:

  • accept themselves for who they are and understand others may see things differently to them
  • seek ways to make improvements they see as part of their growth towards achieving their potential and that of the team and organisation they belong to
  • set goals that will guide them towards that potential
  • create and manage an environment that will give them their team the best possible opportunity of reaching its potential, knowing that as soon as that “potential” is reached, there will be something higher again that becomes the motivator to keep growing.

Specifically, the program is structured as follows:

  • Leader / Employee / Team Behavioural Profile
  • Leader / Employee / Team Consultation
  • Leader / Team Social Responsibility
  • Engaged Team Environment
  • Personalised Blueprint for Team and Leadership Performance

The purpose of this program is to establish that once a team has gained a better understanding of each member’s personal behaviour traits, their unique gifts and talents, plus their challenges across varying aspects of their daily work lives, they will be better able to communicate together and work as one towards creating a positive work environment, one which accepts success whist supporting through difficult times faced by the team and / or its individual members.

The Corporate Athlete … creating value through trusted engagement

The focus of this program is to build upon the Dynamic Team Engagement program to assist teams take what they have learned about each other within their team environment and begin to create actual strategies, resources and skills that will take organisational and team goals to actual reality.

The intent of this program is to present a host of activities designed to test team boundaries and lead team members into engaging with strategies and processes perhaps not experienced to date. In particular, great attention is placed on:

  • uncovering what represents success for the team (and the organisation)
  • discovering existing roadblocks to success
  • deciding on avenues to overcome roadblocks
  • understanding the concepts of value and trust within teams and organisations
  • creating a group vision for the team and its role against other organisational teams and within the organisation

Personal Social Responsibility within Organisations

This workshop is a unique program for organisations seeking to develop their team cohesion, harmony and productivity. It is a structured series of steps that lead team members (and team leaders) towards a greater understanding of themselves, their team mates and the team as a whole through an examination of the impact of value/trust and leverage/flow can have on teams.

The principle behind the Personal Social Responsibility program is that individuals in teams are at their best when they are in Flow. Put simply, Flow is your path of least resistance. When you are in a team that is in Flow, engagement increases, communication improves dramatically, and the team feels more connected to each other and able to work es effectively together as possible.

The Personal Social Responsibility program measures the degrees of Trust and Flow your team mates have in you and how much you are perceived by them as contributing Trust and Flow within your organisation. This unique insight gives you an opportunity to significantly increase your personal effectiveness, and the performance and sustainable achievement of your team and ultimately your organisation.

This program can be presented as a “standalone” short program or in conjunction with a number of associated workshop programs that explore more fully the Talent Dynamics difference.

The program is equally effective with large corporate entities as it is with small businesses and even clubs, associations and community groups.
